Refund Policy

Qualifying new items may be returned whether defective or non-defective, and exchanges are available subject to review. Contact us within 30 days following delivery. New non-defective goods must remain unused and in original condition.

Start the review

Write to amarrathod7771@gmail.com with the order number, purchase email and explanation. For damaged, faulty, wrong or incomplete goods, attach useful photographs or video. Do not post merchandise before receiving approval, the accurate destination and instructions.

Returning by mail

The parcel contains a free prepaid label for an eligible return. Contact us if it is absent. No restocking charge applies, and exchange fulfillment depends on inventory.

Returning funds

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take longer to display the credit. Legal rights that cannot be excluded remain in force.
